Hi, I’m Samantha Pfotenhauer, the creator of the Artist Rendezvous.

I started this project because I am amazed by the creative act. I find it incredible that so many people not only feel inspired to create, but also act on that inspiration. It takes conviction to work through all the challenges that come with bringing a creative vision to life, and commitment to invest your time, money, and energy into something simply because you want it to exist and enjoy the process. It is a beautiful way to approach life.

I wanted to have conversations with people doing this, on small and large scales, whether they are well-known in their community or creating privately at home. I knew it would inspire and encourage me, and it has. I hope it benefits you as well.
